Decent strong gloves
I actually use these as washing up/cleaning gloves (!) I've found that standard rubber gloves simply don't last long, the lining starts to peel/bobble and they develop little micro tears and rips ridiculously easily - I'm sure its deliberate "built in obsolescence" so that you simply have to buy replacements more often. In any case, I found these and now use them for kitchen/household cleaning. They last months rather than days like the normal gloves. The only downside is you look a little sinister wearing black rubber gloves while doing the dishes....
These are THE BEST by a long way
These are SUPER gloves that keep the mud, muck and scratches away from hands. They've survived everything we've thrown at them so far and we've used them for most outdoor chores in summer, autumn and now (early) winter (with a pair of light gloves inside for warmth). I've probably worn mine for jobs for which they weren't intended, like grabbing fistfuls of twigs, branches and leaves to stuff through a shredder, but they've survived all that AND kept my hands safe and dry while I've been sploshing the Jeyes fluid around and cleaning pots and greenhouse. Much better imo than any of the zillions of pairs of ordinary gardening gloves we own.
good strong gloves
Last a long time, comfortable lining.
