Instructions
Transfer the beef ragu into a saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring frequently, cover, reduce heat and simmer.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove all packaging, discard foil tray and empty contents of pouch into a microwaveable dish. Cover and cook on full power.

Remove from microwave and stir thoroughly.
Re-cover, return to microwave and cook further.

Leave to stand for 2 mins and stir before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Transfer the beef ragu into the foil tray provided. Cover with foil and place on a baking tray on middle shelf of oven. Cook for 20 mins. Remove from oven and stir. Re-cover and cook for a further 10 mins.
Electric 200ºC, Fan 180ºC, Gas 6, 30 Mins
Remove from oven and rest for 5 mins before serving.

A good freezer standby
Delicious, tender meat of two, good sized portions. A really tasty supper served with tagliatelle. Dont understand the negative reviews

This is the worse M & S meal ever!! It tastes horrible. Was plenty of meat, but we couldnt eat much of it. My school dinners were better, and thats saying something!! I have bought the Daube of Beef meal, and only hope that is better. At £25 it had better be ?? If I hadnt already bought it I would have given that one a miss. Dont buy the rage
As authentically Italian as a Giant Panda
As with far too many of these prepared products these days, so called 'chefs' have access to a miriad of herbs and simply have to chuck them in, with the result that - in this case - I'd defy anyone doing a blind tasting on this to identify the meat as beef. It's bitter and horrible and one omly has to read the contents to see why.

Has this with spaghetti and garlic bread, with a dash of parmesan cheese. Made a meal for 3 and every plate was cleared.
