easy way to consume. it's expensive upfront but lasts a good while

milled is best

My favorite benefit of buying milled vs whole chia seeds is that you get all the health benefits from grinding them open, so you dont just digest and discard them like a bird. Also, they dont get stuck in your teeth as easily. Good flavor, good benefits, I cant find them easily anywhere else.

Medium sized white solid substances present

I prefer the other chia brand like The Chia Co., that is not milled and which is also packed in a plant where nuts and soy are not handled.
