Very Good
I usually avoid products with Mono and Diglycerides of fatty acids (e471 etc) as, they can contain trans fats. But, this brand has stated that there is only 0.5% added. Which I think is below harmful limits. Otherwise, the pasta can turn into a globulous mess. This pasta was really nice and you could not really tell the difference. I definitely recommend.
Flawless
Tried almost all gluten free pastas including high protein options. This is literally the best. Protein ratio is very good indeed. Will buy again.
Wouldnt know the difference
This spaghetti is great. Tastes good and you cant tell it is not gluten free. A winner in our house.
Cools So Well
Spaghetti cooks as you hope it will and everyone in the family can enjoy together. Bravo!
There are better alternatives
Unfortunately, this is not one of the better GF spaghetti out there. These is an odd taste and they do stick together. The price is good but the quality is not. I think it would be better to wait until the better brands are on offer and then stock up.
Gloopy
Horrible to cook. I turned the water into a thick white mess and even burnt the bottom of the pan.
