History

Good amount of fizz but too sweet for me.

Great aperitif
I love this. Yes it's sweet - it's a demi sec. I wouldn't pair with food, or with other fizz. But on it's own, its lovely. However if you like your drink on the dry side it's probably not for you

Quaffable
Really lovely, bubbly and sweet. For that reason I wouldnt drink it frequently, just for special treats!
