fave of all time
I absolutely love this healthier hot chocolate. Ive tried a few dark ones and this is my favourite and so easy. Heat the milk and add in 3 pieces - I use a milk frother .
Velvetiser
I bought this for use in my Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser, not realising it comes in big lozenges which would wreck the machine. I found if you put the lozenges in the food processor and really, REALLY blast it to a powder if works just fine and makes a delicious hot choc
Nice but not easy to make by hand
I made this according to the instructions and it came out looking rather bitty and not very nice really. It tasted sort of ok, but I suspect that you really need one of those velvetisers to make a really nice drink. I won't be using it for hot drinks but I am enjoying eating them instead :-)
Good quality hot choc
Just made a mug of Kokoa 70% - simple to make and delicious taste-
Slightly bitter, perfect hot choccy
If you like dark chocolate this is the best, not too bitter, I’ve made it with oat and cow and its delish.
