Ken Hom Excellence Carbon Steel Mini Wok
£20
£25Product information
A lightweight carbon steel mini wok finished with a three layer non-stick coating designed for stir-frying at high temperatures and with less oil. Coated inside and out to provide a robust sealed coating for long-lasting endurance.
The black phenolic handle reduces heat conductivity making it easy to pick up and carry. Secured via two rivets to ensure you always have a sturdy handle that won't come loose. Finished with a hanging loop for easy storage.
The superior non-stick coating ensures the wok is ready to use from the moment it arrives. Simply give it a quick wash, dry thoroughly and start cooking. When ready to start cooking, place the wok centrally over the hob ring, add oil and heat on a medium high setting. Once the oil starts smoking you're ready to start cooking.

I bought this hoping for good things but everything sticks in it, it is handy for when I don't want to use the big wok but it's not great.
a bit wobbly
This is a good bit of kit theres no denying. But the handle is heavier than the bowl so it tends to tip over and wont balance flat, so you have to hold it all the time. Perhaps thats the thing.
