Great for pasta sauce
A little too acidic for me to drink, but it is great for adding to pasta sauces and other recipes that require white wine
Slightly fizzy tasting
I was disappointed by this wine. It didn't taste particularly nice and it had a slight fizziness on the tongue which made me think it was maybe a bit off. I wouldn't buy again.
Acidic
I am not a wine expert, but I know what I like and what I dont! I thought this was very acidic and wouldnt buy again.
Good
Serves the purpose for which I bought it. Just the right size to use in recipes.
OK, not too acidic
I buy this for cooking and it works well, the amount is right to make 2 rissotos with. As a drink, it is OK, not too acidic - but not suitable for an occasion.
Good for cooking
I hate wasting good wine on cooking so I find these bottles useful. On offer they make for an excellent value. Not bad on its own either, as the chef of course I had to take a couple of swings before feeding it to the risotto
