Perfect with Vegetables, Chicken or Meat.
From the Kashmir mountains, the beaches of Goa, to the streets of Delhi, every square mile of India has a unique mix of spices, and a local way of cooking curry. Holy Cow's range of curries mirror these local home-cooked and slow-cooked methods. We caramelise onions until they're golden and naturally sweet, and we freshly roast and grind our spices. Then we slow cook each curry for hours...and hours.
We've done the hard work - so you can create your unique curry in minutes. All you have to do is decide what to add!
A Bite Sized Guide to Delhi
India's capital city Delhi is the home of Punjabis*, bling and opulence. It's hardly surprising that the Mother Dish of all Chicken Tikka Masalas, the Butter Chicken was invented here in this city of fast living and lavish life styles. We've lovingly taken the British classic Chicken Tikka back to it's Delhi Butter Chicken origins, so you can recreate this sumptuous dish easily at home. *Punjabis - inhabitants originally from the North Indian state of Punjab.

More Tips to make your dish Extra Special
For best results, use Chicken Tikka pieces or boneless Tandoori Chicken instead of fresh chicken. (Chicken Tikka-pre-marinated and baked boneless chicken available in most supermarkets).
Use this curry sauce to make a delicious Aloo Mattar (potato & peas) dish by using chopped boiled potatoes and frozen peas instead of chicken.a

A school meal is something that most of us take for granted for our children. But for India's urban poor, a regular free school meal means they are more likely to be enrolled in school, rather than the alternative to be sent to work. A free school meal also means that children are then more likely to stay in school, receive a nutritious meal, receive an education, and have better job prospects at the end of it. Case studies have shown than not only does the child benefit greatly, but their families can be pulled out of the poverty cycle in the long run. Win win!
So every pack you buy, you'll be safe in the knowledge that a free school meal will have lasting impact on the lives of India's urban poor.
What does a free school mean?
Increased enrolment and education
Increased nourishment
Better job prospects
Long term exit from poverty

I LOVE this sauce! It really is the best you can buy without ordering in or doing to a restaurant. Will buy again.
Delicious
tasty curry paste with recipe suggestion included which is very nice. my 3 kids love this and the ingredients are good quality too. no artificial additives . it's very handy to have in the cupboard for when you're too tired to cook from scratch.
recommend
Taste great and doesnt have any preservatives Will highly recommend and more important kids enjoyed it too
Lovely sauce
Lovely mild sauce that made a great chicken dish. Would buy again.
Excellent Sauce
Just fried onions, mushrooms and chunks of chicken breast added the sauce and then simmered it all with the lid on for about 15 to 20 minutes and it was as good if not better than the takeaway. Perfect quick meal for two. Add rice, naan bread or whatever you like, even baked potatoes would work. The best cook in sauce I have found.
lovely!
This curry is THE BEST you can get from a supermarket, so tasty and only natural ingredients. I will be buying lots more to have for a quick easy and delicious curry night.
