ineffective

It's only suitable for a light wash and it seemed only a bit more effective than just washing without any detergent and I used twice the recommended dosage, but it smells nice

No lavender smell in my bottle

I have bought this for years to wash woollens on a flat cold wash. Bought yesterday and it was watery and no hint of lavender at all. Hope this is just a one off dodgy one. Requesting refund.

Please change the cap

I love the fact that this laundry detergent is natural but the cap could do with changing. After filling the cap, I can't screw it back on the bottle without laundry liquid spilling down the sides. For now I will have to use another cap.

Smells Beautiful

This laundry detergent smells amazing, all of our clothes came out with a fresh lavendar scent. It is a bit expensive though.

Better for small light loads... not stain removing

I really wanted to find an Eco friendly detergent that smelt nice and did a good wash. Trying to make small changes to be eco friendly. But this didnt really clean my clothes... on 30 degrees. I was left with remaining stains and lingering smells despite the lovely lavender. Would recommend using on a small light load and unfortunately turning it up to 40 degrees and not use on general stains or gym gear!
