emulsifiers
It may be organic but it has emulsifiers in it so it is upf. I've switched to another brand that doesn't.
Weird aftertaste
Has a strange metallic-like aftertaste. Not pleasant
Utterly moreish milk
This has to be the best shop bought milk chocolate I have tasted! Rich cocoa flavour with milky aftertaste, no bitterness at all.wonderfully smooth. A winner!
Lovely and creamy
Recieved as a free sample from ocado (substituted from a different brand). Tastes lovely and creamy, can tell its a good quality! Very moreish
Still (just) low enough in sugar to be chocolate
This is still one of the best milk chocolates out there and is reminiscent of Cadburys of yesteryear when it was still chocolate not "candy." I normally don't like milk (too sugary and sickly) and it isn't quite as good as it used to be more (had more of a chocolate taste, now more sugary) but they still havent added so much as to make it as bad as most other readily available milk chocolates. I give it to my children as am not sure what the other stuff must be doing to their palates in terms of getting them used to eating waaaaay too much sugar.
A Taste of the Past
This tastes like Cadburys used to taste (when I was a child) and is my favourite milk chocolate. I know its expensive and is possibly sweeter than it used to be, but I still think its the best and Im prepared to pay more for organic and good quality.
