Preparation and Usage
Shopping List (Serves 2)
1 tbsp oil
1 finely chopped onion
250 - 300g diced chicken
100ml single cream
20g ground almonds (optional)
1 pack Geeta's Korma Curry Paste
Method
Stir fry onion in oil until browned.
Add chicken and cook until sealed.
Stir in paste and cook for 1 - 2 minutes.
Add 100ml water, cream & almonds, heat through and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes or until cooked.
Not suitable for microwave use.
Great with prawns, or for a Vegetarian option, why not try Paneer

Easy dinner
I made the sauce without the onions and adding the cream and ground almonds as instructed. Simmered for 5 minutes then tossed in raw prawns and a little mango chutney to liven it up. Easy, quick midweek dinner

no English cooking instructions
Ive used this before. But this batch is from abroad (possibly Germany ?) so unable to read the instructions, as Ive used before can just about remember what to do ! Ocado need to update in English or theyll get complaints I think.

Like other reviewers the words on the back were only in German. I could just about work out ? So not really helpful.

No English instructions
Like a previous review I had to check on here for the instructions as the packet was in German and French! Love the Geetas range though, always quality.

This curry paste doesnt have much taste and doesnt resemble korma in any way.
