Instructions
Bring a large pan of water to the boil and add salt if required. Keeping the water at a rolling boil add the amount of pasta needed. Stir with a wooden spoon to prevent the pasta sticking together and to avoid damaging the pasta. Cook for the recommended time, drain and serve.

Unbelievably good
A substantial spaghetti I have been using in simpler sauces such as anchovy oil & chilli, cacio e pepe, and carbonara. So good.

Fabulously chewy texture, though needs careful cooking to avoid a chalky centre with a mushy outside (don’t boil too hard). Better by far than other dried supermarket pastas and means making our own bigoli is (almost) a waste of time. Buy it when on special offer and it will probably soon become a regular purchase

Im Italian and pasta is my favourite dish, which I eat every day. Pasta from various brands can taste very different. Garofalo is my favourite brand among those you can find at the supermarket. So much better than others! This shape is great for rich sauces such as carbonara, amatriciana and cacio e pepe. I just wish it was a bit cheaper, I always buy some when its on offer.

Lovely thick spaghetti that cooks perfectly al dente. If you like mushy overdone pasta this aint it for you! Great quality once again from Garofalo!
