HOW TO ENJOY
The GAIL’s Mixed Olive Sourdough Baguette lends itself to being torn and drizzled liberally with a peppery, fresh olive oil and an aged balsamic.
STORAGE
Baked fresh and never with any preservatives, we recommend storing GAIL’s Mixed Olive Sourdough Baguette in a cool, dry place. To keep the bread for longer, slice immediately and store in an airtight container in the freezer, taking out slices and toasting, as desired.
Towards the end of its life, we recommend transforming the loaf into bruschetta or even into croutons to toss into a panzanella.

Brand
We bake our loaves daily by hand with natural ingredients, and though we’re always innovating, our baking is based on time-honoured techniques and our decades-old starters.
Nothing gives us as much pleasure as a freshly baked, lovingly crafted loaf.
Our first GAIL’s bakery opened in London’s Hampstead High Street in 2005. And now we’re bringing our neighbourhood bakery even closer to you, making good bread more widely available to our community.
Though we’ve grown over the years, our philosophy has remained the same: to make good food that people love, and create bakeries that people want to keep coming back to.

Oops nearly missed it!
seriously!!! £3.75 for what is not much bigger than the size of a half sized baguette! it tastes lovely, a bit bitter but balanced with butter, it is chewy but not tough. all in all a nice bread but the size and price if it makes it a one off treat or a bread to slice up on a charcuterie board.
tough to eat
Disappointed this was like a brick, I warmed it to make it easier to eat, but still a bit too chewy.
Variable
Great when it’s fresh but last few times it’s been so stale and inedible because it’s so chewy. Disappointing
Tasty with juicy olives
This bread tasted good and the olives are large and juicy but take care nearly broke a tooth on an olive stone.

so many olives !
Purchased this on a flash sale and will be happy to purchase at full price. I warmed this in the air fryer for a few minutes, added some butter and thoroughly enjoyed.
