Not good for cooking
I used this for cooking in place of my usual olive oil spray which was unavailable. It couldnt stand cooking at a higher heat and left an unpleasant taste on the outside of my food. Not buying again
Staple!
I always have this on hand. I use it for everything !
good product
Im reviewing this as I was sent a free sample. This is a healthy alternative to oil. You do need a lot of it to stop things sticking in the pan.
Given for review
Was given this for a review and thought it could be a good idea as a way to reduce the amount of oil we cook with. But I didn't check the ingredients first, I thought it was just oil, but it's only 50% oil and the rest is filler that doesn't belong in a frying pan. I feel like it's one of those things when people are caring more about calorie counting than the actual quality of the food. A bit more genuine Italian olive oil will be better for you than this chemical filler spray.
easy alternative
I am leaving this review as I received a free sample from Ocado. Great if youre trying to make your diet a bit lighter however you definitely need a few sprays. Works fine though, would possibly buy again for ease.
With olive oil now so expensive
This is an affordable way of cooking with oil olive. Think it’s fine - been using it a lot.
