Floradix contains organic iron (II) from ferrous gluconate, vitamins B2, B6, B12 and C which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy yielding metabolism. In addition, iron contributes to normal red blood cell (supported by vitamins B6 and B12) and haemoglobin formation. Furthermore, vitamin C increases iron absorption.

Floradix liquid contains iron from ferrous gluconate which is a particularly absorbable form.

Floradix is easy to take and helps safeguard the balance of iron and vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12 and C.
As these nutrients are already dissolved, they are absorbed more quickly by the digestive system compared to tablets.

Floradix contains selected herbs and several fruit juice concentrates for a pleasant taste.

Floradix contains no alcohol, preservatives, colourings or artificial flavourings. It is lactose free and suitable for vegetarians.

Floradix is suitable for women, including expectant and lactating mothers, children, adolescents, the elderly, convalescents, vegetarians and those with an active lifestyle.

Once opened the product must be consumed within 4 weeks.

Preparation and Usage

Directions:
Shake bottle well before use.
Use the measuring cap provided.
Adults and children over 12 years: 10 ml twice daily approx.
30 min. before morning and evening meals.
Children 6 - 12 years: 10 ml once daily.
Children 3 - 5 years: 5 ml once daily.
The indicated recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.

Great product, terrible bottle

This is good stuff, but the bottle design is terrible - spills everywhere when trying to pour, have lots pounds worth down the sink!

Amazing tonic

I was recommended this by my chiropractor of all people when I was struggling to get through the day. Not only has this given me new energy to get even more done. When I go for my blood donation have always had to go to the second stage of testing for amaemia and would sometimes fail. now my blood drops like a stone to the bottom of the tube.

Magic

I have been taking this for 25 years and it's magic. I started to take it during my first pregnancy when my iron levels were very low. I now recommend it to every pregnant woman I know. If I miss it for a few days, I feel the difference - I get quite down and my energy dips. I am generally quite cynical about supplements but I can honestly say that Floradix has been life-changing for me. The downsides are that it tastes disgusting, the lid on the bottle is rubbish, and you have to remember to shake it or the end of the bottle will be particularly bleurgh. But these are minor quibbles when overall this is just the absolute business.

this stuff keeps me out of the doldrums

Im prone to anaemia and whilst I technically get my daily iron allowance from a multivitamin, I still tend to sink (especially in winter -sad) unless I top up with this stuff... cant stand the taste but its effective.
