Instructions
Never cook bacon naked!
Before cooking remove all packaging and rest bacon a while
Med-high
Grill / 8 mins
Preheat grill to a medium to high heat. Line the grill with foil and arrange the bacon onto the foil ensuring the rashers aren't too close to each other. Grill for 4 minutes each side until crispy.
Check product is cooked and piping hot throughout. Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat.
Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Great tasting bacon
This is the best bacon I've had in quite some time. The slices are a decent size, there are no nitrates, and it isn't pumped with enough water to refill a reservoir, so it doesn't shrink. Will definitely become my go-to bacon!

I love this and it makes a lovely bacon sandwich. So good to find tasty, nitrate free bacon.
What has happened
I've been buying this bacon fir a long time and always been happy, however the last couple of times it's been chewy with gristle at the ends. So bad that the last time he had them my husband who loves his bacon sarnies actually threw them away. Sadly have now got to look for a nicer brand but probably with nitrates!!
Gone downhill
Bacon was so thin it was like ham and the amount of water that came out. Such a shame as I wanted no nitrates
