lovely
It was my mums favourite drink, still nice on a summery afternoon
Gin & Dubonnet!
Due to being a G & Diva, it was only right to try Dubonnet. Its lovely with a Gin or with ice and lemonade. A nice refreshing drink.
Perfection
Drink it long. Ice, fresh lemon and heavy on decent lemonade. Summer evenings in a glass.
I am almost tea total but,
I like a Dubonnet & lemonade once in a while. It is simple and a bit old fashioned, but as a long drink with plenty of ice, it low in alcohol therefore easy on the brain cell. It is a little like a very light port, for anyone who hasnt tased it yet.
Old School deliciousness...
Let's face it, it's hardly a modern tipple, but if it's good enough for HM The Queen it's definitely a yes from me! In the 60's Dubonnet and bitter lemon was a fashionable drink...I wonder if bitter lemon is still made
Lovely over ice with a lemon slice
To the naysayers: its a fortified wine, not a vermouth. So its perfect for what it is. No idea why people think its a vermouth!
