Lovely!
We have bought these a few times now and they are always great. When cooking then we take them out as soon as they rise to the surface of the water and they are always the right consistency. A fantastic alternative to homemade gnocchi.
tend to melt
I followed the instruction but tend to disregard and become like a puree
Good quality gnocchi
I have been pleased with this gnocchi - it keeps its texture well and doesn't go mushy, I usually cook it in a home-made tomato sauce and then grill with torn mozzarella on top.
mushy and got stuck in my throat
I have a horrible anxiety about choking Im a competent and happy cook. I usually pan fry gnochi as my kids dont like them cooked in water. On Friday I had the luxury of dinner alone and treat myself to simmering these I wasted sauce and I couldnt swallow them The most mushy texture I took them out very quickly within 2 minutes of going in as soon as they came to the surface they were out They kept their shape but the texture was grim What a shame
Tasty
SO much nicer than the generic hard Gnocchi
5 stars great quality
They have a firm structure… very good quality… We travel to Italy a lot and will buy them there because the price is okay too
