2. Add your pasta. No need to pull the parcels apart, they will separate during cooking.
3. Boil gently for 4 minutes (5 minutes if frozen) then drain carefully.
4. Serve in warmed bowls with melted butter, extra-virgin olive oil or your favourite sauce.
Recipes
1/4 Red Chilli Deseeded and Diced
6 Cherry Tomatoes Halved
2 tbsp Lime Juice
4 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Chopped Coriander
Quarter of an avocado peeled and cut into small pieces
..With Chilli and Avocado Dressing
Warm the chilli, lime and olive oil in a saucepan. Add the tomatoes and coriander, stir for a few minutes then remove from the heat and cool slightly. Then add the avocado and drizzle over the raviolis.
Serves 2
500ml Chicken Stock
5g Chopped/Grated Ginger
1 Clove of Garlic
1/2 Red Pepper cut into small strips
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Thai Fish Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1/4 Red Chilli Chopped
2 tbsp Chopped Coriander
50g Baby Spinach Chopped
...With a Ginger & Chicken Broth
Bring all the ingredients to the boil in a pan except the spinach and coriander. Simmer for about 10 minutes then remove and add the coriander and spinach. Fill a large bowl with the broth and float a few of the raviolis (cooked) into the broth.

filled with tasty crab and crayfish
this was far superior to any supermarket filled pasta. it was tasty and filled with a good helping of crab and crayfish.
not real crab terrible flavour
Tastes awful like salt and old fish. Also is not real crab.
Not as good as before
I've bought this a few times and like the flavour and chunky texture of filling. Unfortunately this time there were a few stuck together in the box and some split on cooking which has not happened before
Mouldy pasta before use by date.
If you buy this use it within days or freeze. I've just opened a pack with a 23/2/23 use by date and it's got black mould on it. Other than that it's nice when it's not mouldy.
Very disappointing
Despite being cooked gently much of the filling finished up in the water. Perhaps it would have made a decent fish soup. Definitely won't buy again.
Main ingredient is minced fish meat
Misleading to emphasis the crab and crayfish when the main ingredient is random fish meat (from where?). Taste was ok, a little salty with a bland texture.
