Tiny and dry
Too expensive for 2 tiny balls every time drier. Not nice taste, the product is too dry. Not at all as advertised
Vile & Tiny - ZERO
I couldn't believe my eyes when I unpacked my delivery today and saw this product. I knew there were only 2 in a packet so I thought they must be a decent size, like one of those chocolate mallow biscuits. How wrong I was. Each one is just a fraction over an inch diameter. At the normal price, they are 90p EACH. I bought them for 60p but I was still robbed. Oh well, I'm sure they're going to be delicious - strike two. They are vile. There is a thick outer later that is like masticated dates & a very meagre hazelnut filling. After scraping a little bit out, the taste is like an unpleasant peanut butter. Ate as a whole though, all you'd taste is dates. Not pleasant at all. I was giving these a go ready for Christmas when I visit my vegan sister. Last year I took brownies by the same company. The size of those should have made me think twice before buying these bites but sadly, they didn't. At least the brownies were reasonably pleasant. I know my sister wouldn't thank me for these!
Expensive for what they are
On opening the pack there were 2 small balls. They didn't really taste of hazelnut at all & had a weird claggy texture that sticks to your mouth. They were not unpleasant but I didn't think they were worth the money.
Seriously? Two tiny balls?!
These are ridiculously expensive for what they are. The taste is ok (although nothing special, similar to date-based snack bars), but £1.80 for two (!) tiny balls is a silly price.
