Fabulous ingredients

The negative reviews aren't deserved - the price reflects the quality of the ingredients. I massively enjoyed having sorbet with such excellent ingredients and no nasty additives. However, there is room for improvement. I wasn't keen on the presentation in the pomegranate shell and would rather have a larger portion in a cardboard tub.

Not worth buying

I'm a big fan of the Crosta & Mollica brand in general but this dessert is a huge let down. The pomegranate skins used were on the verge of being rotten which gave a strange taste to the sorbet. The sorbet itself was.....ok....nothing special. You expect so much more for the price and portions are very small. It's a shame as the concept is great.

Horrible taste

Sounded lovely tasted revolting. Did not like the packaging. Stick to cherry ice cream which they do really well

absolutely tiny

these are the equivalent to a half scoop; the "pomegranate shell" is the size of a regular sized passion fruit, but is actually a third rather than a half as the widest part is missing; the shell is an off-putting pale yellow partially stained by pomegranate syrup; the flavour is beautiful but can not nearly justify the price

Incredibly tiny and overpriced

Trust me, you've never seen a pomegranate this size... even the two sorbets together don't equal the size of half of a normal pomegranate. I was kind of excited to have my partner try it, as I've talked about this Italian brand of packaged gelato called Antica Gelateria del Corso that used to sell sorbets inside halved lemons, mandarins and coconuts and was especially popular a couple of decades ago in Tuscany. The sorbet itself is decent quality but the price, for the size, is daylight robbery.
