Preparation and Usage
Take the solution by mouth.
Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years: Take 2 x 5ml spoonfuls when required up to a maximum of 4 times a day.
Children over 1 year: Take 1 x 5ml spoonful when required up to a maximum of 4 times a day.
Do not give to children under 1 year old unless your doctor tells you to.
If symptoms persist for more than 5 days, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

CONTAINS HONEY!!!
At the time of typing, the product page states the following: 'Active ingredients per 5ml are: Glycerol 1.36g, Also contains: Ethanol, Sucrose, Glucose, Propylene Glycol (E1520).' Nowhere on the page, does it mention honey. Looking at the bottle, this is not mentioned on the main label. It's not until you LIFT THE LABEL AND LOOK UNDERNEATH IT that it lists honey as an ingredient! This is simply NOT GOOD ENOUGH! Given away to a neighbour, more wasted money.
the best for a dry cough persistent cough
I have had a dry cough x 4 weeks and used this to give me relief at bedtime. Ran out and had to try another brand which did not taste as good (this is not sweet) and was not effective. Highly recommended.

We have recommended this to many people, it feels really warm on the way down your throat and is very soothing when your throat feels sore.
