How to use coconut sugar
With a sweet caramel taste, our natural coconut sugar is a fantastic low GI alternative for all your sweetening needs. In the same way you use regular sugar, you can use it in coffee, tea, baking, cooking or anything that might need a little sweetness.

3 - Step
Coconut Brownie
3/4 cup coconut sugar
1/3 cup unrefined coconut oil
2/3 cup almond flour
1/2 cup cacao powder
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3L eggs (or flax eggs if vegan)

Directions
1 Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until combined. Stir in chocolate chips if desired.
2 Spread into a lined baking tray and bake in a preheated oven 175°C / GM4 for 25-35 minutes.
3 Leave to cool before slicing.
