Fair mature cheddar
I enjoyed the taste of it, solid flavour. If you like stronger flavour this is the right one, although the mild version is more subtle and full of flavour too.

Quite nice
Although this cheese is quite tasty it's not as nice as the white version less strong and does not really taste like mature cheddar
