CANNOT OPEN BOTTLE
After buying calpol for years this is the second bottle in a row much I cannot open (new style lid). So my one star review is based on the fact that from history yes it does the job but now its a no deal, aside from quite simply I can no longer use it. Not meaning to sound a kill-joy! My intension is that the suppliers of calpol read mine (and other unsuccessful users reviews) and resort to producing bottles with older style lids. Why oh why have calpol tampered with an otherwise perfectly usable product!
Could not open the bottle !!
Needed this in the middle of the night (as we do )having finished the previous bottle in the evening shock horror faulty top would not open tried everything administered a paracetamol tablet crushed in the end. Moral of the story is check the bottle opens when you buy as Ocado cant help after 90 days - or buy paracetamol at a fraction of the cost for older children I wont be buying it again.
Bad syringe though
Calpol need to redesign their bottle and syringe as it does not work. Ridiculous! Neurofen’s bottle and syringe is much better.
A++
Not sure how you could rate this less than 5*! Does the job.. tastes good.. strong cupboard essential
Have kids, need Calpol
If you have a child, you need this, that's all there is to it. It only comes with the one syringe and the dosage for an older child requires 2 syringes but this isn't a problem as you will buy so many bottles over the years, you'll have a drawer full of syringes before you know it. Perfect for bringing down a temperature. The only thing I have found that it doesn't work for is a viral induced sore neck, the big guns of Ibuprofen had to pulled out for that nasty.
Super liquid paracetamol
Calpol is so expensive but it works and is easy to take. Cant fault it. Prefer the fast tabs as they arent as sticky but they were out of stock.
