Nothing like the original Daim bars
These are nothing like the proper Daim bars. There is too much chocolate and not enough Daim !! Can we have the original daim bar back please..
nice taste but scratchy texture
Good old Cadbury chocolate with delicious caramel Daim. The texture's a bit scratchy though so left my mouth a bit sore. Also, please use sustainable palm oil.
A regular !
This guy makes a far too regular appearance in our shops, to the point of sneaking into our Zoom orders too !
PROBLEM
Thoroughly fed with the failure of this delivery service to deliver items every week - 7 this week - so my meal planning is a complete waste of time and I’m off to the shops again. What’s the point of a grocery delivery service if I have to go out to the shops!! Just do your job, Ocado
I liked the taste, but...
To be honest, I liked the taste, but then I found out about the palm oil and I think I will eat an alternative in the future. There are so many alternatives without palm oil that a delicious alternative with less feelings of guilt is easy to find.
Palm oil...why, there’s no need!
In Australia and New Zealand, Cadbury’s had to bow down to public pressure and remove palm oil from their chocolate. I love this but now buy Lindt Hello Salted Caramel, more expensive but but palm oil free. I can’t really justify cutting down swathes of rain forest just so I get a chocolate fix and Mondelez, Cadburys owners, increase their profits. Palm oil may be a cheap ingredient for manufacturers but there are loads of alternatives like sunflower oil, rapeseed oil etc.
