Tasting Notes
This bold statement wine is big on aroma and flavours. A combination of lemon and orange zest, yellow fleshy stone fruits, enlaced with hints of cinnamon and cardamom spice. Well balanced, soft in structure. A complex mélange of zesty citrus and ripe tropical fruit on the palate with a creamy and intense prolonged linger. Enjoy now but will age with much complexity for the next five to eight years.
History

Current Vintage
Vinification Details
Grapes were whole bunch pressed and the juice cold settled for two days. Natural fermentation started in stainless steel tanks. After about 2°B was fermented naturally, selected yeast strains were added, and some of the juice was then transferred into French oak barrels for the remainder of the fermentation. Still on its primary lees, the wine matured for a further 10 months in barrel: 12% in first-fill and the balance in second-, third and fourth-fill barrels.

nice
I liked it but didn't love it, as far a Chardonnay goes, this is good although I found the flavour a bit overpowering, not as easy on the pallette as I'd like. it was enjoyed but it won't become our regular
Delicious!
Really enjoying this
consistently pleasing
Every day, but consistently high quality and outperforms pricier french/s.american/Australasian alternatives
Creamy and delicious!
Lovely buttery Chardonnay 5*
Bad Batch?
We usually love this Chardonnay - buttery, rich and delicious. But every now and again what we get is thin and acidic - usually when its on offer - coincidence?
Disappointing
I normally love this chardonnay and bought 3 bottles when it was on offer. It was really acidic and not at all buttery and mellow like it previously was and that was all 3 bottles. A real disappointment
