Makes the perfect Margarita. No idea why they say consumer within 14 days, keeps for months in the fridge once opened.

Good flavour

Used in general cooking and baking as limes are difficult to juice and sometimes give very little yield so this is handy to make up the shortfall.

Froze Well

I used a little in water with ice then noticed it had to be used in 10 days, so froze the rest in ice cube tray, and using one cube at a time, can be used in so many ways, from drinks to salad dressings. I like that it comes in a glass bottle, not plastic.

Lovely

This is a lovely, non bitter, smooth lime juice. Great in a little water to drink on a hot day or added to your cooking or baking.

Amazing

Very nice product, I ideally use it in home made guacamole. Its so fantastic, I used it up until a year after the use by date haha. I am finally buying a new fresh one haha

Perfect in every way

This is so good. I use it for salad dressings but mostly drinks. I add a little to water, a bit more to a gin and tonic and I add a lot to make a margarita. Tangy and sour. Bliss!
