Cupboard staple
Always have in cupboard for a quick dinner which whole family enjoys. Good with spicy chicken legs and chorizo.
very handy
These are great to have in the cupboard I find this chicken one very tasty. However completely disregard the cooking time stated on the packet its not correct
cooking instructions way out
I followed the instructions to the letter but ended up with hard grains and far too much liquid. 10 mins turned into nearly 20 to make this passable. Not what Id call convenient, quick or easy.
Great and tasty
Love this with quorn fillets for a quick and easy dinner!
not bad
The chicken rice isn't bad but the savoury beef one is better.
Naff, minuscule amount of veg, chicken-free
This is very naff. Do not kid yourself this is a portion of veg. There are sad shrivelled tiny slivers of veg which might add up to a teaspoon full once cooked, and don't really rehydrate during cooking. There is a salty stock full of chemical rubbish, which has no chicken ingredients whatsoever. On the plus side, it's vegetarian, if you don't mind yeast extract. If you have 12 minutes to boil this, then you have 12 minutes to boil plain rice and throw in a handful of frozen veg and a dash of chicken stock, and you would end up with something much nicer with more nutrition.
