Best gf pasta
This is the best GF pasta, it cooks really well and doesn't stick together as others do if stirred occasionally. It has a great flavour and non gf eaters can't spot the difference.
Looking for gluten free pasta
The good news : the Barilla official website states that the corn is GM free. The not so good news: the ingredients contain mono and diglycerides. The below info has been extracted from healthline dot com so as you may make informed decisions about this ingredient: "Mono- and diglycerides contain small amounts of trans fat. They’re classified as emulsifiers and not lipids, so the FDA ban doesn’t apply to them."
The best GF spaghetti
I used to love Garofalo GF spathetti but sadly they've changed that product so I've switched to this one which is much better.
Can’t tell the difference!
I think this is the best gluten free spaghetti. Easy to cook, tastes good and no clumping.
