Sorry for 1 star but packaging does NOT work
Ive been buying this softener for months, maybe years, and EVERY SINGLE TIME it leaks. To make things worse its often in the bag with ambient food items, the bag leaks all over the floor etc. Every single time. Guys come one fix this - its embarrassing.
Smells Lovely
Packing could do with having a word with themselves - arrived with food in the bag and had leaked all over it - happens too often Ocado
No more itch.
I purchased this as my acrylic scarf was so itchy that I just could not tolerate wearing it. This made it lovely and soft. Worth the buy.
Smells Great and bottle is recyclable.
Lovely smell out the wash, but once dry most clothes loss the smell unless it's light stuff like work shirts. My bottle clearly shows it's recyclable. Bottle and cap.
Change of formula?
I've been buying this for years, love the smell. Noticed my last bottle didn't have the same consistency as normal. It was very clumpy, not liquid, and didn't rinse out of the tray. Tossed in trash.
smells too strong
The product leaked horribly onto the other groceries (Ocado several people have mentioned this so why don't you tell the packers to make sure the lids are screwed on tightly?). Also smells sickly-sweet and far to strong a smell for 'little ones'. Will not be buying again.
