Too expensive!
I love Attitude products, but they are really becoming too expensive. You can't buy all products in bulk, so it works out very expensive. Even the bulk ones aren't much of a saving. The washing liquid is now £10, this is £5. I really don't know how young families are supposed to afford to be eco friendly when the cost is so high.
Use to love this
Must have changed ingredients or fragrance contamination has occurs somewhere as the two latest bottles Ive received both smell of fragrance on opening bottle and then I had to wash a fragrance smell out of the washing. Thankfully it washed out of most items. No longer suitable for people sensitive to fragrance. My housemate and I could smell the difference between the bottle we already had and the two new bottles. Ugh.
Leaked everywhere
As with other reviews I had the same issue with the product leaking all over everything else in the bag. Either sort out the packaging issue or pack the item separately from everything else to at least minimise the damage caused.
Doesn't actually soften laundry
I used this for years until one day the dry cleaners insisted that we weren't using fabric conditioner on my husband's shirts and thus they wouldn't be able to get a good finish on them when ironing. I bought a different eco brand of fabric conditioner which left our laundry much softer, and I realised that the Attitude product had in fact been doing nothing all that time. Shame as I like the ethos of the product!
Environmentally friendly, and works
So pleased to be finding more 'environmentally friendly' products that do actually work. I too would enjoy a little fragrance - but totally great this is available for highly sensitive skin.

With two Poole with sensitive skin in our house the main thing I look at is whether a product causes a flare up - this didn't. It would tempt me away from my usual Fairy purely on price, I would check each time.
