Weird
Weird fruity taste. Not peanut satay. Couldn't eat it, unfortunately. Definitely won't be buying again.
What is this stuff?
It's not a satay sauce - it's fruity (plum, maybe?) not nutty. Quite unpleasant.
Nothing peanut satay about this.
Amoy's satay is nothing like any satay I've had before. Also, sadly not vegan. Best to mix up some crunchy peanut butter, some chilli oil and a little oat milk and make your own.
Weird taste \- avoid
I added this sauce to our meal instead of making a sauce and really wished I hadn't! Managed to save dinner by adding chilli jam, peanut butter, coconut cream and water (ie all the ingredients I would use to make the sauce from scratch) and managed to drown out the taste of this packet.
Avoid like the plague
Absolutely foul, the worst cookin sauce ive ever had the misfortune to taste. the whole dinner went in the bin after 1 mouthful. Totally inedible with a very weird taste not all like peanut or satay. if you value your taste buds dont buy this rank immitation of a sauce make it yourself plenty of good recipies out there. Never buying another Amoy sauce again. cant give 0 stars unfortunately!
