Preparation and Usage
Preparation: Heat oil in wok. Stir fry beef pieces (200g) until fully cooked, add vegetables (320g), fry until soft. Add sauce, stir well. Add Amoy noodles (300g), stir fry.

not authentic
strangely sour tasting, not authentic at all, luckily I tried it before adding it to the rest of the food so my food wasn't wasted

Brown and gloopy
There are very few black beans in this stuff. Ive never seen black bean sauce like it before slimy, brown and utterly tasteless. The price is just stupid too and the packaging is extremely poor and not recyclable. Taking their customers for a ride, Id say.

Not good
Thankfully I tried a bit on my finger before adding to the stir fried veggies. It was far too sweet for my liking so threw it away.

convenient
not the best black Bean sauce but it's just right size for my needs meaning no waste, mess or fuss.
