Something has changed
Used to be very good but seems like something has changed. Size is definitive smaller but texture also has become blander. Pity
100% buckwheat
Unlike most other buckwheat pastas that tend to have a certain amount of rice flour added in this is 100% buckwheat which is fantastic. It is obviously never going to be as good as wheat pasta but this is perfect for those who are gluten free. Usually very expensive so I stock up when it's on offer
Great taste and wheat free
If you don't know buckwheat, you may not like this. Primarily don't overcook it and it is more grainy than other gluten free pasta. It isn't a pretty colour when cooked but a sauce can soon sort that out.
great pasta
Just to clarify due to the low score, this is great pasta, and is now my go-to everyday pasta. Just be aware that buckwheat breaks down quickly so do not over cook. The best Gf pasta is still Garofalo, especially their legumi pasta, but this is still great. And its high in fibre and protein.
Great alternative
I really like it - nice subtle nutty taste. I make sure I only cook for the cooking time required exactly. Its a great alternative if you cant have gluten.
Great alternative to buckwheet
I love buckwheet, and this is a fast alternative to preparing it. Good with pesto. I understand some people do not like the taste. This is clearly not everybody. Please do not stop producing it, though!
