Always in my pouch
I sometimes have migrane and once it becomes hard, I can't drink and eat anything. But it helps me when it happens. I always keep it in my pouch, bedside and working space.
Works well
My daughter uses this on her forehead as her muscles often get tired and sore from tics. She finds it very soothing.

I love this little stick of pain relief! I get frequent headaches / migraines and with kids needing to be ferried to school etc I cant just go to bed when one strikes so, I keep one in the kitchen, one in my handbag & one by my bed, to give me a quick swipe of pain relief and cooling when needed. And, they definitely keep me up and running when pills arent enough and sleep isnt an option. Used it when pregnant too really helped, when pills were harder to use. A brilliant little stick for headaches or migraines. Highly recommend!!
Lifesaver for headaches and migraines
I have frequent headaches and occasional migraines - these are wonderful, and more effective than pills. Ive used regularly for about 10 years. It distracts effectively from the pain, and soothes the tension. They take the edge off a bad headache. Highly recommended!

This product helps to provide some relief from a headache. Can't be without it.
Definite must have for me
Relief is the best description. If I have a headache going to bed then I use this and I can get to sleep, it doesn't clear the headache but it soothes/distracts. If a tablet hasn't cleared a headache I apply this and again it helps. Used these for years and always carry one in my bag.
