Recipes
Ingredients:
4 Chicken thighs
A pinch of salt
Marinade:
4 tbsp Yutaka Sweet
Rice Miso
4 tbsp Yutaka Mirin
1 tbsp Orange zest
1. Marinade chicken thighs in the fridge for 30 minutes, or overnight for a fuller flavour.
2. Preheat the oven to 170°C. Wipe the miso off the chicken and place on a baking sheet.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until cooked and serve with your favourite salad.

lovely taste, lower salt
This has less than half the salt content of other makes, which to my mind makes it far tastier - if I want salt then Ill add it myself thanks!
Pleasant and easy to use
I received this product from Ocado to sample. Tried miso before but never made my own meal with it. SO easy! Ideal for miso noodles and fun to make something different. I would purchase again.
Lovely miso
Really nice miso with mild flavour - not over powering like some can be.
Good miso paste
I was sent a sample of this by Ocado. A great miso paste that I used up as yummy marinades or glazes for oven baked fish. Highly recommend to mix it up a bit and try a miso glaze instead of a plain baked salmon fillet.
