Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
Combine 1 cup of Yumenishiki rice and 1.25 cups of water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce to low heat, simmer, and cover for 20 minutes, or until moisture is absorbed. Remove from heat; let stand covered for about 10 minutes before serving. Makes about 2.5 cups of cooked rice.

I bought this ages ago and we only got round to using it last week but since then weve devoured it. Cools beautifully in our cheap rice cooker on a 1 cup rice to 1 cup water ratio. Rice grains nicely separated and tasty.
