Brand
Yogi Bhajan, a master of Kundalini Yoga, came from India to the West at the end of the 1960s. In his yoga classes, he shared his spiritual knowledge with his students and served them an aromatic spice tea, which they affectionately named 'the tea of the Yogi'. This name later formed the basis for the Yogi Tea® brand. The enjoyment of the tea with its pleasant aroma and taste led the students to inner calmness and serenity, opening them to the world of Ayurveda as a philosophy. Yogi Bhajan inspired them to seek their spiritual equilibrium in the daily practice of this Indian world view. It also includes mindfulness towards fellow human beings, nature and oneself.
Yogi Bhajan invited his students to pause, reflect on themselves and find inspiration for their souls. With the yogic words of wisdom on each teabag and the yoga exercises on the bottom of each individual Yogi Tea® package, we invite you to a lifestyle of mindfulness and the enjoyment of a delicious cup of Yogi Tea®.
Serve your spirit.
Sit with your legs crossed, spine straight and stretch your arms out in front, parallel to the ground, palms towards each other with 15cm gap. As you breathe in, open your arms outwards, then bring them back together as you breathe out. Continue for 1-3 minutes and increase the speed of the movement.
Then take a deep breath, hold it briefly, breathe out and relax.
Enjoy your newly won peace of mind.
Please ask you doctor if this exercise is suitable for you.

Lovely, just lovely
I tried this orange turmeric tea after enjoying the turmeric chai by yogi tea and it didn’t disappoint. The orange flavour comes through and is a warming cup of comfort. I add honey and now I am torn as to which one I prefer as they are both equally lovely.
Favourite tea!
I dont understand any bad ratings for this. I drink A LOT of herbal tea, and generally Im not a huge fan of yogi tea but this one its just perfect. Usually Id only use a tea bag once but this tea has serious depth and I can get a couple of cups out of it.
Mainly turmeric
Can't test any hint of orange
it makes me want to cry
I literally love this that much. there's something comforting about it and it feels like it's helping my body
Total lack of recycling info
The box has no information about recycling. Even the Ocado page info just says box. Not even 'recyclable cardboard'. So assume that the bag and tea bags are all black bin. The taste is ok, but I won't be buying this again.
