Don't normally go for flavoured yoghurts. but this is heavenly and gut friendly too.

Added sugar seems counterproductive to gut health

The added sugar detracts from the flavour of raspberries and makes the taste verge on the artificial. The consistency is too runny and not creamy. Also I've found that kefir normally aids in bowel movements but this one doesn't. I ended up giving it away.

Benefits of Kefir without the bitterness

A regular repeat purchase, nice size and contains the benefits of Kefir without the bitterness the natural ones have. Also like that it's organic.

Raspberry kefir yoghurt

This reminds me of the Ski yoghurt we used to have when I was a child (1960's). Slightly sharp and runny - lovely. Recommended.
