This truly delectable Madagascan dark chocolate takes you to the banks of the Sambirano river. Tasting so astonishingly of summer fruits, it's sometimes hard to believe that all the flavour comes from the cacao. Artisan chocolate, craft made in small batches from bean to bar, to capture the mind-blowingly different flavours of the world's great, single estate cacaos. This takes up to 21 days at low temperatures, compared to industrial chocolate which is made ina a few hours. The chocolate is 100% natural, containing simply cacao, raw cane sugar and natural cocoa butter- no vanilla or soya lecithin to hide the beautiful flavour notes of the beans. 100% Natural. Fruity - really

I am not one for tasting things and say Ah, yes summer fruits. But, as a previous reviewer said you really can taste the summer fruit. A really tasty treat.

Its true, tastes like berries!

If youre wondering whether this really does have a natural kind of sweetness to it, it does. Its not sweet like sugar, its more akin to dark chocolate that has dried raspberries or some other dried fruit in it, whereby you can taste the fruitiness coming through. Its expensive but its nice as a little nibble every now and then!
