Really Nice In A Hot Bath
Easier to buy in larger amounts as it helps with my Chronic Fatigue and aching joints. Better value as well. Can add some essential oils to the bath.
why is smaller bag cheaper than bigger one?
If theyre worried about the environment why is the 1kg bag often much cheaper than the bigger ones!?
Great for psoriasis problems
My husband uses this in his baths mainly for his psoriasis, but also as a muscle relaxant. He finds it helpful for both, but particularly when his skin problem is at its worst - it is soothing.
Did nothing for me, expensive at required quantity
1kg may sound like a large amount, but given that the recommended dosage is for 500-750g per bath for muscle relaxation, this works out as very expensive. You can get much cheaper magnesium supplementation in tablet form. I didn't really find this did anything for me in terms of muscle relaxation after a long cycle ride, I couldn't notice any subjective difference. And since it is unscented and doesn't foam like a bubblebath there's no mental relaxation benefit. There's nothing wrong with the product as such, it seems reasonable quality and the price is likely as low as they can reasonably make it - its just that its not massively effective, and its a very inefficient method of getting magnesium into your muscles compared to simply taking an oral supplement.
great value
A nice no non-sense bath salt that helps you to relax and relief muscle pains. Both me and the so love this after a good work out. Especially great value when on sale! We always keep a bag in the house :)
helped with covid vax reaction
Fantastic product. I was a bit knocked out by the vax and having a bath in this helped. Not mad on the smell, but it works. It was the only thing that helped apart from paracetamol. Im fine now though!
