Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Heat oil in the pan. Fry at medium heat 4 minutes and turn regularly.

- 1 Red onion
- 2 Lebanese breads
- 50g of lettuce
- 25 g of Greek olives in rings
- 1/2 package (plant-based) Feta
- (Plant-based) garlic sauce (or tzatziki)
- Salt, pepper and olive oil

So good
Genuinely, I really love this stuff!! I didnt expect to but its great and very tasty as a meat substitute. I have the entire packet with rocket salad and chilli sauce. Greedy but not actually that bad for you!

the best meat replacement so far
Im so pleased Ive tried this product. Im generally rather unsatisfied by meat replacement products because of the weird texture and taste. This one however, tastes like real meat, the texture is great. Its also very easy to cook. Will certainly buy again.

Fajitas
I used this with peppers and onions for fajitas and it was delicious! Great texture and flavour. Will definitely be a regular purchase from now on.

Tastes good as it is but better stir fried with EVOO, onions and bell peppers + its got great macros.
