Very Healthy For Eyes
With bilberry, loads of vitamin B , which helps you get through the day without feeling tired and which also is good for eyesight, it contains selenium, vitamin C and vitamin A which are all good for the rest of your body as well as your eyes . I think it has helped me with eyestrain and I would recommend it
