These are small but mighty knives! So sharp and easy to use, peeling tough uneven skin like ginger is piece of cake with these handy little additions to our kitchen. Highly recommend.

Sharp, but handle & blade are very lightweight & flimsy. But I guess at this price point thats to be expected.
