Beware dosage

It's 2 tablets a day for adults so this will only last 2 weeks

Just 15 days\x27 supply

It's too early to tell if they're having any effect or not. But you have to take 2 tablets a day so you're only getting a 15-day supply. I don't think I've ever come across vitamins/minerals in such a small quantity. Also, the plastic pot is huge for the amount of tablets - they just look silly at the bottom of the pot.

Disgusting waste of plastic.

The tub these tablets come in is huge compared to the contents. The pills cover the base and maybe 2 layers deep. I bought on the 3 for 2 offer, decanted all three packs into one and it barely came halfway up.

stopped night cramps

I use to suffer terribly with cramps in my legs at night I have been taking these tablets for quite some time and the cramps have stopped

Largely useless

Tiny amount of Mg in pretty large pills, of which you buy 30 housed in a plastic container that could hold at least 200. Maybe my kids need the container later for something...
