This is achieved by using natural lactic ferments instead of citric acid as a preservative and 100% Italian Friesian cow's milk, from suppliers in the ""milk district"" where Parmigiano Reggiano and Grana Padano were born.

Really good changed my opinion of Mozzarella
I have tried the usual named brands & they were too rubbery, this was so creamy & delicious completely changed my view Ill be getting this from now on

Agreed package overload
Two smaller than usual Mozzarellas each packed in plastic as usual, but then in a HUUUGE plastic bag. Unnecessary. Nice Mozzarella tho, would have been 5 star but for the packaging

3 star as I know this is great mZ but thought it was 2 balls in 1 bag, it's 2 packets in a huge bag that could fit at least 4....no way!
