Full of flavour
I was introduced to this coffee by a barista who is also a roaster and really knows her coffees. It has a quality score of 86.25 which is evidently high for a single roast coffee. It comes from Colombia where a small co-operative grow these beans. It has fruity notes. As with all coffees, to appreciate the notes, it is best when you don't add just boiled water or milk to it, as this will scold the coffee.
Picture a tea crossed coffee
That's what exactly this one tastes like. Or like the watered down coffees someone can find in a hotel's breakfast buffet. I'm going back to Gevalia's
Smooth and tasty
A good rounded taste, smooth and delicious. Perfect for the cafetiere.
the notes are very subtle, but i feel this is a good thing, as this is the smoothest coffee I have ever had! Highly enjoyable
excellent coffee with or without milk
One of our favourite cafetiere coffees - enough body, without any bitterness. Works also with milk. Ethically sourced, and they also mention 'roasted on' date and even the name of the person who roasted the coffee. What's not to like!
