my favourite tea
I love this product but find it hard to find in a lot of supermarkets so thrilled its here and usually on offer. Its a lovely fruit flavour without being too sweet. I take the echinacea supplement when I feel a cold coming on or people around me are unwell and I think this tea will help supplement this but not replace it.

I stopped drinking normal tea as it was causing some issues. I started with this and with a little honey it is really nice but fine on its own. Herbal teas have come along way obviously.
Beautiful aroma and a very comforting drink. Probably the best Twinings brew I've tried in terms of flavour but unfortunately the Liquorice root is on my list of no nos so probably I won't be coming back for more. Still I would highly recommend.
I love this tea. It has no impact on colds and flu as far as I can tell, but it's delicious.
I have no idea if these do anything for a cold but they taste great and soothe a sore throat. Lovely with a little honey too.
My first time trial of echinacea for colds. On first sneezing fit, drank some once a day. It does seem to have reduced the symptoms even if not stopping it in its tracks (it's supposed to boost your white blood cells to go out and whack the invading virus). Other half feels it should be made with slightly cooled boiled water as he tastes bitterness. I just drink it with the bag in. He feels more under the weather with the cold virus, but he has a weakened immune system due to heart issues, and he does not seem as bad as normal on a 2 cup a day dose. I'll be buying this permanently from now on and we'll see if we make it through the 2016-17 with lower sickness rates.
